Scheduled message is not working

What's not working?

A scheduled message is not picked up by the listener. The current time has passed by the processAt timestamp but the message is not consumed by the RQueueListener. Aside from the issue, is there any way I could make the scheduled message to be consumed manually?

How's the queues looks like

Is it possible the worker crashed due to an exception? Can you check whether it’s still showing any signs of being alive or running? Check some pod metrics, like other queues, metrics etc.
